I think that blogging has helped me with my grammar because it makes me more aware that people are reading it and possibly criticizing my blog as to somebody reading over my writing.
With blogging more people read my work and it makes me more aware of my spelling and how I format my paragraph's. I'm learning how to type in actual non-text form. My improvements are I spell most things right when I'm typing something to the blog then as to writing something on a piece of paper and not having a little red squiggly line appear.
